At Mama Maestra Spanish Enrichment Education, we have a very strict refund and cancellation policy. Please read the terms and conditions before you sign up for our services.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our team is highly cooperative, and we understand that emergencies can sometimes arise; that’s why we offer conditions and are as flexible as possible regarding our refund and cancellation policy.
Class Cancellation: If you have enrolled in a class and would like to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the class starts. In this scenario, we will provide you with a full refund only if you have notified us 24 hours before the class takes place. Late cancellations and no-shows: If you do not cancel your class within 24 hours or fail to attend a class, this will be considered a no-show. In such a scenario, we would not refund you as the student did not participate in a class and failed to notify us.
Course Withdrawal: If classes have already begun and you want to withdraw from the course, we do not offer a refund. However, for any reason, if you’re going to discontinue a course, please notify us, and we will come to a reasonable solution. No refund will be offered regardless of whether you withdraw from a course.

Payment Policies
We want to make your payment procedure at Mamá Maestra Spanish Enrichment Education as smooth as possible. Below are the payment policies listed.
Tuition: The tuition needs to be paid before classes start.
Late Payment: Our team understands that an emergency can arise at any moment, so we offer some leniency. You can pay the fees by the second class.
Returned Checks: If your payment is returned because your account does not have sufficient funds or for any other reason, we will charge a fee of $25 to cover the processing cost.
Class Schedule and Changes
While we aim to keep the class schedule as smooth as possible, we would like to notify you that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we might have to change or reschedule some classes.
Class Schedule: We are very regular with our class schedule. We will notify you immediately if we need to modify the dates, instructors, or time.
Holidays and Breaks: Classes may pause if there is a significant holiday. However, we provide a calendar outline of the dates in advance. We follow different school calendars.
Student Conduct and Expectations
To maintain a positive environment in our classes, we encourage students to be regular, arrive on time, and be prepared. We also have a very strict policy regarding behavior; that’s why we encourage students to be respectful towards their peers and instructors. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in classes and can result in removal from the course without a refund.
Personal Belongings
While we strive to provide you with a safe and secure environment, kindly note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. That’s why we ask you to clearly label your child’s belongings with their name.
Health & Safety
We care for your safety and well-being at Mamá Maestra Spanish Enrichment Education. If any student is unwell, we encourage them to stay at home and rest so that the illness does not spread. In case of an emergency, we will follow the safety and emergency protocols to ensure the safety of our students and staff.

During the admission, we collect personal information about the students. However, we are sincere and secure in protecting your personal information. We only collect your personal information to provide you with our services. Your information is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your being notified. We use your contact information to update you about classes and schedules.
